物件の購入まで時間が開きそうでしたので以下のようにメールをしました。

Even if it is a fashionable property,・It seems that it will cost money to maintain it unexpectedly.・ It is necessary to have good heat insulation performance.・ It is expected that there will be defects that real estate agents cannot fully understand (= remodeling costs may be unexpectedly high.)those problem sometimes occur , I think.

また逆に該当物件の購入がほぼ確定しているようでしたら、その旨教えてください。
特にTVキャビネットはそのままコンクリートで作るわけにはいかないので、詳細な納まりと図面を早めに詰め始めたく存じます。その方が予算にできる限り近づけることができると思いますので。

・意外と維持してゆく上でお金がかかりそう
・しっかりとした断熱性能をする必要がある
・不動産屋では把握しきれない瑕疵が予想される（＝リフォーム費用が思いのほかかかりそう）
